このような状況を受けて、行政や民間団体が母親の育児不安の軽減のため、ソーシャルサポートの充足、情報提供の実施など外的要因に対してアプローチしてきた（Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 2000）。しかし、一向に育児不安の減少には至っていない（健やか親子の報告書, 2014）。そこで、本研究では、母親の内的要因に注目した。	Due to these circumstances, governments and private organisations have considered external factors such as covering the shortage in social support or exchanging information about child-rearing (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 2000a). Thus, this research focuses the internal factors of mothers and their attachment style.
